We respect your privacy, and we will never sell, rent, or lend your information to others for marketing. We collect information when you sign up to receive emails from Star*Quest, or choose to order products from Star*Quest, and that information is secured as we describe below. 1. Introduction

Star*Quest does not collect any personal information when you simply visit our site. We collect information when you sign up to receive email messages and when you purchase products.

 

2. Email messages

The information you directly provide when you sign up to receive our emails is the only information we collect at that time. This information is used only to provide you with the messages you requested, and is never lent, rented, or sold to anyone else for any purpose.

 

3. Our website

Our website operates on the Wix platform and is a secured and encrypted site. There are three different circumstances on our website for which we collect information. The first is when you use our contact form to send us a message. At that time, we collect your email address in order to reply, and any other information you enter into the form. The second is when you choose to sign up to receive monthly messages from Star*Quest. The third circumstance is when you place an order with Star*Quest. We collect the information we need from you in order to fulfill your order. Since we use PayPal as a payment processor, we do not collect any of your financial information. All of that remains with PayPal.

 

4. How we store our information

When you sign up for our messages, the information is stored with our email list service provider in a secured and encrypted database. No information is stored when you use our contact form – it is simply emailed to necessary parties. For online ordering, our customer information is stored within the Wix platform’s firewalled, secured and encrypted ecommerce database.

 

5. Withdrawing consent

If you receive our emails and wish to stop receiving them, please use the “unsubscribe” link within the email. This will ensure that our email service provider is notified of your choice right away. If, for some reason, you have placed an order with Star*Quest but want your information deleted from within our database, please send a request either from the contact form on this website, or directly to hello@starquestmastery.com.

 

6. Privacy policy updates

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting the updated policy on the website. We will notify site visitors on this page that the policy has been updated, along with the date the revised policy was posted. This revised policy was posted May 29th, 2018, and reviewed in January, 2024.
